Subject: Happy Tuesday!

Hello, Michele!

I surprisingly have a moment at work. I’m waiting to go to my class this evening and I’m home alone. (Or is that "work alone"? Nah.)

Jury duty WAS incredibly boring! Legally, that’s pretty much all I can say. :) Although there was this one *dreamy* officer that was telling us about a case. (He had handcuffs … aaackk! Did I just write that?!) I did not notice a wedding ring (and I looked!) but I can’t imagine marrying a policeman and wondering if he’d make it home to me each day!

So your friend likes David and James? James is tasty <insert wicked grin here!> but David is the guy for me. He’s so …. don’t get me started! Before I even watched that show I would dream about him. It gradually turned into obsession and here I am! However, I promise I will NOT mention him every time I write. Well, I’ll try not to anyway! :)

I still haven’t gone to see The Mummy Returns. Lately when I go to a movie it’s because I have a late part-time "gig" so I kill time by taking up space at the movie theatre. I haven’t had too much part-time work lately…I definitely plan to see that movie! And I’ve discovered that I like the whole movie theatre experience versus watching a video rental at home.

I feel your pain about the Fugitive. I was just telling my sister last week that if they are going to cancel a show they could call it the Series Finale to begin with and give us some closure! They cancelled Nash Bridges that way too, but I missed the finale of that.

Bo Bo was our only cat for a while. She was a gift from my ex’s mom. When we got her she was so needy; she would cry outside the door and then try to climb under the screens that cover the windows! It was pretty scary - she was so desperate to get inside. Bo Bo had some kittens last year who now have new kittens of their own that we have yet to see. We thought one of them was a boy cat until she got pregnant. (What can I say - we never thought to look!) Now (as I said) Bo Bo has four precious cutie-pies who all flee in terror when they see us. That really does a number on our self-esteem! We’re still debating on what to call the other three: one is mostly white with a couple of spots - I’m voting for Spot. One is calico and looks like Bo Bo so I’m planning on "BBJ" for Bo Bo Junior. One is brown with darker brown tiger strips and all I can think of is "Brownie." (Is that kind of cat a tabby? It’s been so long since we’ve had one that I’ve forgotten!)

How is your book coming along? I’m thinking of starting to write fanfiction again… just kidding! What do you have to do to get the book printed?

Oh yes! I sent some of the jokes that you sent me - I got several complements specifically about the Two Potatoes joke. ("IDAHO" - that killed me! Hahahahahaha!) Thanks! Keep those jokes coming in! I will send you any good ones that I get but there seems to be a shortage among my people…

I should probably go before they find me here and think I’m up to no good. <insert another wicked grin here!>

After I wrote the previous line, I went back and added that "handcuffs" remark to the paragraph about jury duty. Giggle! Blush!

Talk to you later! Take Care! God Bless!
Anne
