Hi Anne!
You’re lucky you don’t have to work Labor Day. There are only two of us working the entire day (9-5) and I predict we’re going to be dead. Well, at least I’ll get paid time and 1/2 for it. When I went back to work yesterday, everyone hugged me and asked me how I was doing. Ed even kissed me on the cheek. It was a "fatherly" thing. Could you imagine if it was produce Bob who did that? Even if it was purely innocent, you’d have to peel me off the ceiling! I work with a great bunch of people. I know I’m not going to be at ***** for the rest of my life and leaving my co-workers is going to be the toughest part. I’ve been pretty lucky so far as far as working with nice people.
RE: what your boss said about gift certificates, what planet is he/she from?? I think gift certificates are great gifts! I can’t tell you how many gifts I’ve receieved since I started receiving them that I never used! If they all would have been gift certificates …. well, I’d be one happy camper! This is so awful but sometimes, I’ll just re-wrap a gift and send it to someone else! A few years ago my aunt gave me a "floating pearl" necklace for my birthday. It was very nice, but it just wasn’t me. I kept it in my dresser drawer and about four months later it was my friend’s birthday, so I gave the necklace to her. She loved it! I knew she would, she’s a "pearl" person. My aunt lives in New Jersey, so I figured she’d never know about it.
Oh yes, I can’t tell you how many lessons I learned from Harry! I’ve learned other lessons from my other crushes as well, but I think I learned the most from the Harry situation because we actually went out. Looking back now all I can say is WHAT WAS I THINKING?! I cringe to think how desperate I was. I mean, I know I wasn’t that bad. Some girls will keep calling the guy and pestering him and I wasn’t like that, but for my standards, I was desperate. Well, never again! With the next guy, he will do all the work! And I will always trust my gut.
Gosh, how awful that the manager at ***** thinking you’re cute! Not that you’re not cute, but you know what I mean! That has to be the worst, you liking someone and he’s interested in your sister or friend! He does sound like a jerk! I wonder why Sara is denying she has a crush on him? That situation never happened with me and Danielle, thank goodness. If someone I liked mentioned Danielle was cute I would want to say, "Hello? What about me? Like, I’m the one who has a crush on you. Not her!" Men! Can’t live with them, can’t shoot them …. or can we?
I wanted to ask you, does Darrell have any kids? Just wondering!

do I like salsa?- Love it! I prefer mild.
any commercials I like- gosh I have so many! I think the AFLAC commercials are cute. I crack up when that duck screams "AFLAC!" My favorite is the one where the couple is in bed. I know I have more, but my mind is drawing a blank! I’ll get back to you on this one!
any computer games I like?- I really don’t play games on the computer.
have me and Danielle ever had a crush on the same guy?- no, because we both have totally different tastes in men.
would I ever date a guy that me and Danielle were both interested in?- I can’t see myself in that perdiciment (see above question) but let put it this way, say Arnold Vosloo was a real life person, living in our neighborhood and both Danielle and I were interested in him and he was clearly interested in me and he asked me out … what do you think I would do? Now of course, if he asked Danielle out, she’s supposed to say, "Oh no, Arnold. My sister would be so much better for you." !

have you ever held a yard/garage sale?- no, but we should! I could make a fortune selling all the junk we have!
were your parents strict with you and Sara when you were kids?- My parents weren’t strict at all! We were equally lucky because they weren’t strict and me and Danielle were basically good kids.
Did you or did you know anyone who had a strange or amusing name for their pet?- a friend of the family had a black cat named "N*****". I hate that word, it is so demeaning, but somehow I couldn’t help but giggle thinking about it. A guy I knew named his cat "Dog". Whatever!
If sex wasn’t a sin before marraige, how old do you think you would have been when you lost your virginity?- Probably about 17. That’s when I had a huge crush on TJ and sadly, if given the chance, I probably would have slept with him. (this was before I became a Christian). Thank God I was never given the opportunity!
